I am the author of two Best-Selling sales books aimed at helping Sales Professionals at different levels in their career. I present at Colleges and Universities across North America on different selling topics. My books have taken my Sales career and extended it beyond customers and deep into the classroom. “How to Get a Sales Job” is an official part of college curriculums and has helped thousands of students land entry level jobs.

Software sales has been my focus over the past decade. Today, I am proud to run an Enterprise and Mid-Market sales team in Canada at OneStream Software. I was the 2nd employee at OneStream Canada and have helped grow the business to a place where we have 40+ employees and over 100 customers.

I landed in software sales after many years in finance. I held several positions at banks on both the buy-side and sell-side, while obtaining my MBA at night. The transition from finance to software is something I talk about often and I have appeared on various podcasts on this topic. I enjoy helping those with unconventional backgrounds find their way into software sales.

In 2021, I co-founded a multi-million dollar recruiting agency that helps athletes and veterans find entry-level sales jobs. The company is called Shift Group and we have placed thousands of candidates while simultaneously helping companies make successful hires.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, music and getting up to the Canadian lakes whenever I have the chance. My wife and I dabble in estate-sales and antiques. This has me in random places on the weekend (pictured in a Los Angeles junkyard). My favorite music is Pink Floyd and my favorite author is Haruki Murakami. I am a dual-citizen with roots in Massachusetts and currently reside in Ontario.
